This summer brings a new campaign-within-the-campaign that promotes Scotland to the Scots, titled ‘My Scotland’. Over 55,000 consumers in the Glasgow area were targeted earlier this month with an e-mail promoting events over the next month including the Kirkcudbright Arts and Crafts Trail and Beauty & The Beast at Castle Kennedy.

The A75 Gretna - Stranraer has been voted the 2nd best driving road in the UK in a survey of over 3,000 motorists and motorcycle riders. This news endorses the VisitScotland European Touring campaign activity where racing driver Dario Franchitti has compiled his own touring itinerary of the region taking in some of the excellent sights on and off the main A75 route.
