Two music festivals are set to take place in various venues across Dundee over the next couple of months.
Dundee’s traditional music festival Fest ‘n’ Furious will take place from the 3-6 October. The festival celebrates roots music with a programme of live music, workshops and talks in venues throughout the city.
One of the longest running jazz festivals in the UK, Dundee Jazz Festival, celebrates its 27th year this November. Running from the 21-23 November the annual festival presents high quality jazz musicians throughout the city.
Both festivals are part of EventScotland’s Regional Events Programme for 2008, which helps to showcase towns and regions across the country.
