Promising to be another earth-shattering occasion, the Hospitality Industry (HIT) lunch will be held on Monday 3 November at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh.
The HIT Edinburgh lunch has grown in stature over the last 11 years, becoming a sell-out weeks before the event, and raising over £371,000, which provides bursaries and scholarships for students in the hospitality industry across Scotland.
Guest speakers over the past 10 years have included: Simon Willis from Terence Conran, Simon Woodroffe, founder of Yo Sushi; Susan Harmsworth, founder of E'Spa; Charan Gill OBE, Harlequin Leisure and Susan Rice, CEO Lloyds TSB Scotland. This year’s guest speaker will be President of Virgin Galactic, Will Whitehorn.

Ticket prices are £75 each or £750 for a table of ten. The lunch, from 12 noon until 4.30pm, will be followed by an 'after lunch party'.
